How do I use a soy wax melt?
Remove one wax melt from the box and place in the well of your diffuser. If using a tea-light then light the candle, place under the well and wait for the soy wax to melt. The luxury fragrance is slowly released from the hot melted wax. Only burn for 4 hours at a time, wait for wax to solidify before relighting.
How long does one wax melt last?
Each soy wax melt is approximately 12g and contains 10% luxury fragrance to give you a long lasting scent throw in your room. One melt can last from 8-12 hours depending on the room size, environmental conditions and type of diffuser you are using. So one pack of 6 cubes will give you between 48 and 72 hours of room fragrance. We only use plant based ingredients in our melts which typically burn 50% slower than other waxes giving you a longer and increased fragrance throw.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your InVandre purchase. Please refer to operating instructions for the best results from your purchase. If any items arrive damaged then please use the contact form and take a picture/return the damaged product. We will endeavour to answer your query within 48 working Hours and any refunds will take 5-7 working days. See full T&C below
What is your shipping/cancellation policy?
Products are shipped on a weekly basis, estimated delivery time 7 to 14 days depending on location. Currently we are only operating in India. For bulk commercial enquiries please use the 'contact us' form. We accept requests for cancellation of orders if they are raised within 6 hours of placing the order on our website. We usually ship orders within 4-6 hours, we cannot accept cancellation requests after this period. You can raise the cancellation request by sending us an email or calling as per our Contact Us page. How do I increase scent throw?
Each scent has an individual scent throw (the amount of smell that comes from the essence). If the scent isn't strong enough then it is likely that the oil is not hot enough to release the essence. Try adding a new tea-light with a longer wick.
The scent is too strong
If you are finding that the scent is lasting 8 to 12 hours but is too strong then the room size may be too small for the melt. Try cutting the melt in half and using as before.
Soot is appearing on my diffuser
If soot is appearing on the underside of your diffuser try moving the diffuser away from fans/draughts. You can also cut the tea-light wick or increase the distance from the flame to the diffuser bowl.
Can I use with my electric diffuser?
Read your electric diffuser instructions to check compatibility. Electric diffusers that create a mist are not suitable for soy wax melts.
How can I clean the wax from the diffuser bowl?
Once all of the fragrance has left the melt the remaining wax can be removed. Ensure the wax has hardened before attempting removal to prevent any burns or accidents. Remember hot wax can cause damage to skin and other surfaces. Once wax has hardened it can be removed using a small wooden spoon.
Can I move my diffuser once lit?
Once the wax has fully melted it is not advisable to move your diffuser. For safest operation, blow out the tea-light, wait for the wax to harden and then move your diffuser after first checking the temperature of the diffuser is not too hot to the touch.
I can no longer smell the luxury fragrance
All of our soy wax melts contain 10% of the finest luxury fragrances specifically designed for candles and wax melts. The average scent throw time is 8 to 12 hours depending on room type and conditions. Once the scent has stopped emitting from the diffuser bowl the soy wax melt will need to be replaced. If any wax residue remains, wait for this to harden and remove with a small wooden spoon.
Are your products vegan?
All of our soy wax melts contain only vegetable derived ingredients that are from renewable plant sources that are replenished faster than other alternatives. The essences we use are not tested on animals and comply to International export standards.
Are your products sustainable?
Yes, we only use readily available vegetable based ingredients and no paraffin is used in the production. No plastic is used in our packaging and all items are recyclable or able to be repurposed.

Why is your brand called InVandre?
We thought long and hard over our name as we wanted it to be as unique as our essences, we finally decided on Invandre as we felt it sounded aspirational, its easy to remember and it evokes a sense of familiarity. The literal meaning is "in Bandra" by adapting one of the many historical names for Bandra: 'Vandre'
Why did you choose to help people suffering in Modern-day Slavery?
There are over 200,000 Commercial Sex Workers in Mumbai, many of these women have been deceived and trafficked, thus are shocking examples of modern day slavery. These women are treated as the personal property of individuals and are sold and traded at will through a network of pimps and brothel owners. Most of these women come from extremely poor economic backgrounds and lack basic education and skills required for safe alternate livelihood opportunities. At InVandre we believe that everyone deserves a safe and stable livelihood and that is why we have partnered with the Sahaara Charitable Society to support the amazing work that they do.
Why are donations to your charitable society only through the 'Pasand' range?
We, at InVandre, have long-term plans to partner with the Sahaara Charitable Society and bring about positive change to the livelihoods of these marginalised women in society. Creating the 'Pasand' range allows us to monitor and grow the impact of this partnership. Our aim is to increase our activities over time so that as we grow our brand our partners receive increased support from us. How are your melts different to others available in the market?
InVandre melts are plastic free, do not contain any colours or paraffin are made from sustainable soy wax and we only work with the top fragrance houses in India to bring unique scents into your home or workspace. We use the highest grade fragrance oils that are not tested on animals and add an impressive 10% to every melt giving you a long lasting and deep scent throw. All our packaging is 100% recyclable or suitable for repurposing at home. We decorate each melt by hand using dried flowers reclaimed from garlands left over at temples. To top it all, we are a social enterprise so a percentage of our profits from the 'Pasand' range goes towards helping those less privileged in society.
Can I select what goes into my gift box?
Currently we are not able to offer bespoke gift boxes but you can order 3 or 6 individual melts which will be sent in their respective sized packages. Individually ordered melts are sent out in biodegradable packaging. As we grow we hope to be able to offer you more choice in the gifting experiences.
Will you be adding new products to your shop?
Yes, InVandre are always on the look out for new and exciting fragrances and accessories. If you have a particular favourite why not submit a request on our contact page?
Can I use your melts with any diffuser?
No, InVandre melts are best used with taller type diffusers as the distance between the flame and the well of the diffuser will determine how hot the oil gets. Smaller ceramic diffusers, some metal diffusers or diffusers with a removable well may not be suitable as the fragrance will burn too rapidly. If smoke appears from the oil then extinguish the tea-light and use a more suitable diffuser for best fragrance throw. See our Products page for recommended diffusers.

We offer luxury soy wax melts handcrafted by women artisans. While we make every effort to display the accurate color, size, and features of our products, there may be slight variations due to the nature of the handcrafted process.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed are in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept payment via credit/debit cards, net banking, and UPI. Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver within India. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery location. Delivery times are estimates and we are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier service delays).
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we only accept returns if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. If you wish to request a return or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please provide photographs of the damage.
